ActuaryLancer is a global platform connecting companies with freelance actuaries and actuarial professionals for ad hoc, short-term, and project-based work. We offer flexible engagement models for both freelancers and clients while ensuring delivery protection through our escrow and managed service options.
Freelancers working full-time elsewhere can participate anonymously. Clients can choose to exclude anonymous applicants when posting projects.
All communication must take place within the platform. Any off-platform discussion makes the contract void and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of security. This ensures protection of both client payments and freelancer compensation.
Register on ActuaryLancer and complete your ALPHA Readiness Assessment. Based on your experience and profile, you will be placed into one of six ALPHA levels (L1 to L6). Upon successful verification, your profile becomes visible to global employers looking for freelance, part-time, or project-based actuarial talent. You'll also receive mentorship opportunities and guidance to grow your independent consulting career.
Clients can submit requests to hire actuarial talent for short-term or long-term needs. Choose between individual consultants (by ALPHA level) or a managed delivery team supervised by senior actuaries. Our platform ensures quality, time-tracking, and on-demand availability across global time zones. Projects can be hourly, retainer-based, or fixed scope.
The ALPHA Framework (ActuaryLancer – Professional Hourly Actuaries) is our structured model to classify actuarial talent into six levels of experience and readiness. It helps clients find the right fit faster and helps professionals know exactly where they stand. It also ensures fair pricing, transparent supervision, and professional growth at each level.
