Before you begin your freelance actuarial journey, it's essential to know where you stand. The ALPHA Readiness Assessment helps you evaluate your skills, experience, and professional posture across five freelance levels — from Associate (L2) to Consulting Actuary (L6). To join as a Trainee (L1), the candidate has to go through a mandatory training of 100 hours and assessment. Upon clearing the assessment, Trainee (L1) is offered a paid internship and freelance work projects.
